This study uses a qualitative research method with a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, documentation, and the types of data sources used include primary and secondary data. The data analysis techniques employed by the researcher include data collection, data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusion. Based on the research results, it was found that the leadership role of the district head in improving the performance of employees at the Sumber Harta District Office in Musi Rawas District was effective. The results obtained based on sub-indicators show that as a head figure, the leader fulfills his role by being present on time at every formal and informal event; as a leader, he can motivate and influence employees; as a liaison, he communicates information and policies; as a monitor, he evaluates performance; as a disseminator, he can spread information; as a spokesperson, clearly conveying information; as a disturbance handler, coordinating issues with employees and village heads/mayors; as a resource allocator, distributing resources according to employee needs; and as a negotiator, conducting negotiations effectively. ASN neutrality is a crucial principle in ensuring fair and democratic elections. ASN non-neutrality has the potential to undermine the integrity of the regional election process. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that Bawaslu Lubuklinggau City has carried out its institutional role in maintaining ASN neutrality, including establishing inter-agency coordination, conducting active monitoring and supervision, disseminating information related to prevention, and handling reports of violations based on applicable regulations. However, challenges remain, such as limited human resources, ongoing violations of civil servant neutrality, and limitations in mediation roles due to legal actions taken against civil servants for violations. Based on these findings, it is recommended that the Election Supervisory Agency strengthen its communication strategies with civil servants, enhance collaboration with relevant parties such as the Civil Service and Human Resources Agency (BkPSDM), the Inspectorate, the Regional Development and Politics Agency (Kesbangpol), and the public, and develop the use of digital technology to support reporting and oversight processes. The method used in this study is a qualitative method using a descriptive approach through observation, interviews and documentation.The type of data source used is primary data obtained from the results of observation and interviews, as well as secondary data obtained from documentation. The results of this study can be concluded that the local government through the Agriculture Service carries out farmer group empowerment by providing seed assistance, and also equipment assistance for farmers in Cereme Taba Village. The program is running well, only the role of government in empowering farmer groups has not been maximized. This study uses a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. The independent variable in this study is job training, and the dependent variable is unemployment. The sample size for this study is 122 respondents. The data analysis technique used to test the hypothesis in this study is simple linear regression analysis to see the impact of the job training program (X) as the independent variable on the unemployment rate (Y) as the dependent variable. The results of the study indicate that there is a correlation between variable X (vocational training) and variable Y (unemployment). This is evidenced by the simple linear regression analysis, which yields the equation Y = 7.482 + 0.417 X, and the results of the t-test, where the calculated t-value = 9.981 &gt; the table t-value = 1.657 with a significance level of sig = 0.000. The coefficient of determination test indicates that the job training program has a 45.4% influence on the unemployment variable. The purpose of this study is to determine the Implementation of Motor Vehicle Testing Standards (Keuringsinstantie Rijvaardigheid) at the Musi Rawas Regency Transportation Office. The type of research is qualitative. The collection technique is using observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis uses qualitative data reduction, complexity and processing. In this study the author uses a qualitative research method, data is obtained from various sources using various data collection techniques (triangulation) and is carried out continuously until the data is saturated. These results indicate that 1) Technical Standards and Infrastructure: The existence of clear regulations and technical standards is the foundation, supported by the availability of calibrated and adequate test equipment. 2) Human Resources (HR): The quality of testers and support staff, in terms of technical competence, operational capabilities of tools, and understanding of regulations, greatly determines the accuracy and efficiency of testing. 3) Communication: Effective communication, both internally (between officers) and externally (with the public), is crucial for socialization, education, information delivery, and complaint handling.</em></p> 2025-06-30T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2025 Muhammad Maharani
