STRATEGI PERLINDUNGAN ANAK YANG BERHADAPAN DENGAN HUKUM (Studi Dinas PPPA Kabupaten Musi Rawas)

Abstract

This study is arranged to see the settlement and guidance of child protection toward law in woman empowerment and child protection state office. This is descriptive qualitative study where this study describe the situation and facts at the field through observation, interview and documentation. Based on this study, the settlement and protection aspect give the best result for children against law therefore strategy applied by this state office has been implemented well.
