STRATEGI KOMISI PEMILIHAN UMUM DALAM MENGANTISIPASI KELELAHAN-KEMATIAN KELOMPOK PENYELENGGARA PEMUNGUTAN SUARA DI KOTA LUBUKLINGGAU

Abstract

The aim of this study is to see the strategies of General Election Comission (KPU) in anticipating fatique and death of members of Vote collecting Group (KPPS) in Lubuk Linggau city. Focus of this study is a theory from Agus Tarwaka (2010) about work management evaluation, break time, as sepcifically member’s selection. This is descriptive qualitative method by using primary and secondary data. The result of this study shows that the strategies of General Election Comission (KPU) in anticipating fatique and death of members of Vote Collecting Group (KPPS) in Lubuk Linggau city has been implemented since 2019 and re-implemetation in 2024 of february about strict regulation namely all members must follow technical guidance, working hours, break time, determining maximum member and attach Health letter to anticipate death and fatique of the members.
