Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the role of the Community and Village Empowerment Service in Maintaining the Election of Village Heads using the E-voting method in Jayaloka District, Musi Rawas Regency. The limitation of the problem in this research is the role of the Community and Village Empowerment Service in Maintaining the Election of the Village Head using the E-voting method in Jayaloka District, Musi Rawa Regency. This study uses qualitative research methods with descriptive techniques. source of data related to the Role of the Community and Village Empowerment Service in Maintaining the Election of the Village Head using the Musi Rawas Regency E-voting method. Data collection methods in this study are observation, interviews and documentation. The aspects of this research are the political dimension and the legal dimension in defending the election of the village head using the E-voting method in Jayaloka District, Musi Rawas Regency. The data analysis technique uses the stages of data reduction, data presentation and data verification. Based on the results of the research that the Community and Village Empowerment Service has carried out its role in Maintaining the Election of Village Heads using the E-voting method in Jayaloka District, Musi Rawas Regency. Based on the theory and Regional Regulations as well as the Regulation of the Regent of Musi Rawas Regency that the Community and Village Empowerment Service in Maintaining Village Head Elections using the E-voting method in Jayaloka District, Musi Rawas Regency has been implemented. The role of the Community and Village Empowerment Service in Maintaining Village Head Elections using the E-voting method in Jayaloka District, Musi Rawas Regency, political aspects and legal aspects have been realized in Musi Rawas Regency.
