OPTIMALISASI PENGELOLAAN BUMDES DI DESA REMANTAI KECAMATAN TALANG PADANG KEBUPATEN EMPAT LAWANG

Abstract

This study aims to determine the optimization of BUMDes management in Remantai Village, Talang Padang District, Empat Lawang Regency This study uses a qualitative descriptive method. The types of data sources in this study are primary data and secondary data through observation and interviews, while secondary data obtained through documentation related to research, and data analysis techniques used in this study include data reduction, data display and conclusion drawing/verification. The results show that the optimization of the management of BUMDes Cahaya Remantai Desa Remantai is quite optimal, judging from the indicators that the capital of BUMDes Cahaya Remantai currently comes from village funds, the capital received is in the form of goods not in the form of money, proposed once a year, by means of the budget plan ). Profits of BUMDes Cahaya Remantai profits in managing business units are included in cash, part of which is made for operational costs and maintenance costs. Sufficiently Optimal Judging from the Perdes Indicator on BUMDes Cahaya Remantai is made for the procedures for managing BUMDes and is fully managed by BUMDes administrators. The regulation of BUMDes Cahaya Remantai in the management of business units is fully managed by the head of the business unit through BUMDes deliberation. Not yet Optimal Judging from the BUMDes Cahaya Remantai currently has assets such as rented tents, stages, chairs, buffets, alms equipment and coffee grinders, there are additional new businesses being developed, namely citrus orchard farming which is approximately two hectares. The education level of BUMDes management is still low, it can be seen that the managers only have junior high school and high school education, and the managers only attend training at the sub-district level.
