IMPLEMENTASI PROGRAM KARTU INDONESIA SEHAT DI DINAS KESEHATAN KABUPATEN MUSI RAWAS (STUDI PADA PUSKESMAS JAYALOKA)

Abstract

The purposes of the research is to determine the implementation of healthy Indonesia card program in the department health Musirawas regency south Sumatera. A descriptive qualitative method was used in this research. Data collected technique was carried out through observation, interview and documentation. The data of observation and interview were used as primary data and documentation was used as secondary data. The data was analyzed  in  the stage of data reduction,  display and drawing conclusion. Based on the result of this research that healthy Indonesia card  program was implemented well for poor family in Jayaloka district as health service. It is due to the regulation number 42 of 2008 article 4 about main function of health department Musirawas in implementing health service. Village head and public health center coordinated and provided the program for poor family. It could be granted service to a situation of a patient and  given a recommendation to get more medical treatment.  In the stage of medical  check up due to the patient emergency condition.
