STRATEGI PEMERINTAH KELURAHAN DALAM PELAKSANAAN SISTEM KEAMANAN LINGKUNGAN (SISKAMLING) (STUDI DI KELURAHAN BARU URIP KECAMATAN LUBUKLINGGAU UTARA II)

Abstract

The objective of the research is to determine the strategy implementation of Batu Urip sub district governmental in the responsibility order of environmental security system. A qualitative method was used in this study. Date collective technique was carried out through observation, interview, and documentation. Types of primary data were field notes based on the observation and conducting informal interview. The data of secondary was documentation which related to the topic of research. The research showed that the sub district of Batu Urip in Lubuklinggau south Sumatera carried out the strategy of security system properly due to the night guard and the community had positive respond in conducting  participation in order to create security community and convenience of the society. The environmental community security is created through society participation and cooperation in order to become conducive and convenience environment.
