PERANAN KANTOR URUSAN AGAMA MEMINIMALISIR PERNIKAHAN USIA DINI DI KECAMATAN SUMBER HARTA KABUPATEN MUSI RAWAS

Abstract

The purpose of the research is to determine the role office religious affairs socialization. The problem of the research is due reducible to  early marriage case  in the scope of Sumber Harta district Musi Rawas regency. A qualitative descriptive method was used in this research. Collected data techniques were conducted through observation, interviews, and documentation. Based on the results of the research showed that the role was well implemented by conducted socialization that supported by P2UKD. Early marriage case was registered in according to the government regulation number 16 year of 2019. The procedure of early marriage was handled through rejection to candidate. A community member who has to get married because of accident should hold a dispensation of religious court based on the procedure and standardize regulation. The implementation of early marriage can be processed when any issued court decree in regard with married license due to the standard operational procedure of office religious affairs in Sumber Harta district.
