The aim of this study is to see the strategic of Mineral Water State Company (PDAM) of Tirta Bukit Sulap in improving the quality of clean water service in Lubuk Linggau. This is descriptive qualitative method by using observation, interview, and documentation as primay and secondary data. Analyzing data technique of this study is on the stage of data reduction, data display and drawing conclusion. The result of this study shows that the quality of clean water service in Lubuk Linggau has been good enough because the customers are able to contact Mineral Water State Company (PDAM) of Tirta Bukit Sulap through phone and email. In the sector of settlement speed and the ease of contacting the company and improving customer’s satisfaction. Those services has not filled 3 sectors namely the loss water , improving customer’s satisfaction, and improving clean water cycle
