Analisa Biaya Operasional Kendaraan (BOK) Bus DAMRI Rute Lubuklinggau - Muara Rupit - Simpang Nibung

Abstract

ABSTRACT

Transportation is the movement or transportation of goods from one location to another. Transportation is literally the physical transfer of people or goods from one place to another within a certain time using or being moved by humans, animals or machines. Public transportation is used in Lubuklinggau city for district and urban travel. One of the public transportation options in the city of Lubuklinggau is DAMRI which plays an important role in meeting the mobility needs of the community in carrying out their activities. Each type of public transportation has different characteristics such as vehicle price, vehicle type, passenger loading capacity which can affect vehicle operating costs (BOK). The aim of this research is to calculate the direct and indirect costs of the Damri Bus for the Lubuklinggau – Muara Rupit – Simpang Nibung route. The method used is based on the Decree of the Minister of Transportation of the Republic of Hari Number KM 251 of 2022. The results of this research are that the amount of direct costs is obtained from calculating capital costs and depreciation, operating and maintenance costs, fuel costs, and vehicle crew costs. So the total direct cost of the Damri Bus for the Lubuklinggau – Muara Rupit – Simpang Nibung route is IDR 44.216.489.396,00. The amount of indirect costs is obtained from calculating office HARI costs. So the total indirect cost of the Damri Bus for the Lubuklinggau – Muara Rupit – Simpang Nibung route is IDR 55.510.000,00.

Transportasi merupakan perpindahan atau pengangkutan suatu barang dari satu lokasi ke lokasi lain. transportasi secara harafiah adalah pemindahan manusia atau barang dari satu tempat ke tempat lain secara fisik dalam waktu yang tertentu dengan menggunakan atau digerakkan oleh manusia, hewan atau mesin. Angkutan umum digunakan di kota Lubuklinggau untuk perjalanan kabupaten dan perkotaan. Salah satu pilihan transportasi umum kota Lubuklinggau yaitu DAMRI yang berperan penting dalam memenuhi kebutuhan mobilitas masyarakat dalam menjalankan aktivitasnya. Setiap jenis angkutan umum memiliki karakteristik yang berbeda-beda seperti harga kendaraan, tipe kendaraan, jumlah kapasitas muat penumpang yang dapat mempengaruhi Biaya Operasional Kendaraan (BOK). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menghitung berapa besar biaya langsung dan tidak langsung Bus Damri Rute Lubuklinggau – Muara Rupit – Simpang Nibung. Metode yang digunakan berdasarkan Keputusan Menteri Perhubungan Republik Indonesia Nomor KM 251 Tahun 2022. Hasil penelitian ini adalah besaran biaya langsung diperoleh dari perhitungan biaya modal dan depresiasi, biaya operasi dan maintenance, biaya bahan bakar, serta biaya awak kendaraan. Sehingga jumlah perolehan biaya langsung Bus Damri Rute Lubuklinggau – Muara Rupit – Simpang Nibung adalah Rp 44.216.489.396,00. Besaran biaya tidak langsung diperoleh dari perhitungan biaya SDM kantor. Sehingga jumlah perolehan biaya tidak langsung Bus Damri Rute Lubuklinggau – Muara Rupit – Simpang Nibung adalah Rp 55.510.000,00.
