This study aims to find out in depth about the Evaluation of Electronic Identity Card Services in Ulu Rawas District, North Musi Rawas Regency. This research uses descriptive method and analyzed qualitatively. Collecting data using observation techniques, interviews, documentation and types of primary and secondary data sources. Also, the data analysis techniques used in this study include data reduction, data display and conclusion drawing/verification. The results showed that the evaluation of e-KTP services at the Ulu Rawas sub-district office in the Public Service section (e-KTP recording) in 2020 was sufficient to implement e-KTP services at the Ulu Rawas sub-district office, North Musi Rawad Regency on the assessment indicator in Population that the District government had not made SOPs e-KTP service in writing so that the service is irregular and the public is not satisfied with the e-KTP service for e-KTP printing at the DISDUKCAPIL office, North Musi Rawas Regency and on the indicators of facilities and infrastructure at the Ulu Rawas sub-district office, the need for e-KTP recording services is not yet complete at the Ulu Rawas sub-district office. That the internet signal is not sufficient, the queue card does not exist so that the call for recording the e-KTP in the public service section is not regular, there is an inadequate television, the computer is not adequate, the fan in the waiting room does not exist so that the e-KTP recording process in the public service section is still not good.
