The aim of this study is to see the synergy between BTS Ulu district government in improving publice service quality. Collecting data technique of this study is observation, interview and documentation as primary dan secondary data of this study then analyzed in the stage of data reduction, data display and drawing conclusion. Based on the result of this study, working hours of BTS Ulu district government office is every day of effective working hours. This office eases local society about public services by providing the requirements to settle their need in service office, it has been related to Regent regulation of 2016 number 42 about public service, facilities and infrastructure and the competency of the officers.
