Abstract

This study aims to find out in depth the evaluation of the Regional People's Representative Council's policy in the Accountability of Regional Financial Management of Musi Rawas Regency. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method, the types of data used are primary data and secondary data, while data collection is through observation, interviews, documentation. The stages of data analysis start from data collection, data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that the DPRD as a representative of the people, the DPRD shows great sensitivity and ability in income, acquisition, and fulfillment of the desires of the people. The DPRD in carrying out its functions will pay attention to these three functions. The aspect of value focus, the DPRD as a representative of the people has a great influence and the ability to accept, collect and follow the will of the people is also great. The aspect of interdependence of facts and values, the DPRD as a representative of the people shows wisdom and the ability to understand, synthesize, and act on the will of the people. Aspect of Present and Past Orientation, in 2022 North Musi Rawas Regency has development guidelines for all Regional Offices in the RKPD annual planning document which contains plans, policies, and strategic development plans, effective, efficient and integrated program and development directions. The duality of value aspect, In 2022, capital allocation becomes more important than other types of spending because investment has a significant impact on increasing the capacity and maintenance of regional and public infrastructure.
