EFEKTIVITAS PENGELOLAAN BADAN USAHA MILIK DESA DI MASA PANDEMI COVID 19 (Studi di Desa Terusan Kecamatan Karang Jaya Kabupaten Musi Rawas Utara)

Abstract

This study aims to find out in detail the Effectiveness of Management of Village-Owned Enterprises during the Covid 19 Pandemic in the field of services such as Photo/Video shotting documentation and PPOB Business Services BNI 46 Agents at the village-owned business entity, Karang Jaya District, North Musi Rawas Regency. This research uses descriptive method. The types of data sources in this study are primary data and secondary data through observation and interviews, while secondary data obtained through documentation related to research, and data analysis techniques used in this study include data reduction, data display and conclusion drawing/verification. . Based on the results and discussion, the researchers concluded that the effectiveness of the management of village-owned enterprises during the COVID-19 pandemic in Terusan Village, Karang Jaya District, North Musi Rawas Regency has not been effective. Judging from several aspects of making decisions regarding management meetings that have not been carried out properly, the implementation aspects of the business unit plans regarding promotion and marketing that have been carried out have not been optimally implemented and the supervision aspects regarding monitoring and evaluation have not been carried out fully in accordance with standard operating procedures for BUMDes so that it is not yet effective . In this case, BUMDes Managers are expected to continue to improve the quality in managing Village Owned Enterprises so that they can increase village economic income and PAD through BUMDes.
