STRATEGI PEMERINTAHAN DESA DALAM MENINGKATKAN KESADARAN MASYARAKAT TERHADAP BUKTI KEPEMILIKAN HAK ATAS TANAH DI DESA GIRIYOSO KECAMATAN JAYALOKA KABUPATEN MUSI RAWAS

Abstract

The objective of this study is to determine the village government strategy in developing local community awareness towards land ownership  in the village of Giriyoso Musi Rawas regency south Sumatera province. A qualitative method was used in this research. Data collected technique was carried out through observation, interview and documentation. It was analyzed by using reduction,  display and drawing conclusion. The research showed that the influenced factors of local community awareness due to the  land ownership are the economy, low level of the education and the weakness of the local community will towards land certificate. A village government and village deliberation agency collaborated to design strategy in developing the improvement of  awareness ad local village governmental implementation that there are three stage strategies included village deliberation, evaluation of village regulation, and the propose of PRONA program. Village governmental  affiliated to national land agency implemented socialization of issued land certificate for communities..
