PERANAN PEMERINTAH DESA DALAM MENINGKATKAN PEREKONOMIAN DI MASA PANDEMI COVID-19 (Studi Kasus: Pengelolaan BUMDes Desa Tugu Sempurna Kecamatan Muara Kelingi Kabupaten Musi Rawas)

Abstract

This study aims to find out in-depth about the Peranan Pemerintah Desa Dalam Meningkatkan Perekonomian Di Masa Pandemi Covid-19 (Studi Kasus: Pengelolaan BUMDes Desa Tugu Sempurna Kecamatan Muara Kelingi Kabupaten Musi Rawas). This research uses descriptive method and analyzed qualitatively. Collecting data using observation techniques, interviews, documentation and types of primary and secondary data sources. The data analysis technique used was data reduction, data display and conclusion drawing/verification. The results of the study show that the role of the village government in improving the economy during the Covid-19 pandemic BUMDes, Tugu Sempurna Village, Muara Kelingi District, Musi Rawas Regency, has been quite realized because the role of PemDes in training BUMDes administrators, the number of new businesses in 2021 there are businesses in the field of buying and selling basic necessities, namely rice, whose capital is from the Tugu Sempurna APBDes and facilitates every permit that will be handled by the Tugu Jaya BUMDes and the community carefully and through a survey of the place of business. PemDes budgets capital for BUMDes businesses in the Tugu Sempurna APBDes, there is an increase in the community's economy because there is a role from PemDes regarding the management of BUMDes.
