EVEKTIVITAS PENYALURAN BANTUAN SOSIAL DARI PEMERINTAH TERHADAP MASYARAKAT TERDAMPAK COVID-19 DI KELURAHAN PASAR MUARA BELITI KABUPATEN MUSI RAWAS

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the Musi Rawas Regency Government in the process of implementing the distribution of COVID-19 social assistance to the Musi Rawas Regency Corona Task Force. This research has benefits, among others, theoretically, it is expected to be used as reference material and comparison for future research and practically it is expected for Government science to be useful for the development of special knowledge in government policy courses and human resource management as well as for research locations as input material. in the effectiveness of distributing COVID-19 social assistance. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method, with data collection techniques, namely through interviews, observation, and documentation. then the data analysis technique with the stages of data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions and verification. The findings of this study are that the effectiveness of the distribution of social assistance from the government to communities affected by Covid-19 in the Muara Beliti Market village, Musi Rawas Regency has not been effective, when viewed from several sub-aspects including: 1) data on the recipients of covid-19 assistance 2) implementation of the distribution of covid-19 assistance 3) meeting the basic needs of the community 4) evaluation of the covid-19 assistance distribution process. Meanwhile, when viewed from the aspect of the government budget for covid-19 assistance and supervision of the aid distribution process, it has been quite effective.
